Return Policy
At All American Picnic Tables, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. You are responsible for getting the table back to us and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. The carrier is responsible for any damage that occurs after the product leaves our shop and an insurance claim can be submitted through the carrier. We will gladly work with you to repair/replace your picnic table when damaged by the carrier, but unfortunately we cannot be financially responsible for circumstances that are out of our control.
Our picnic tables ship with the table/bench tops facing in so any scratches or gouges that occur during shipping would not be visible when fully assembled. Any blemishes can easily be touched up with a light sand and re-stain / re-finish.
